My complaint:
My booking is in process for over 24h, 3 days now – i dont have any information about the flight and i can not get a booking number, and i have been charged for the flght. Booking 194 586 678
Suggested solution:
I need my booking reservation to be ed right away and i need my flight details and my plane ticket so i can get on the flight!
