My complaint:
My flight booked for 29 Dec 2021 Mumbai to Bangkok got cancelled due to covid pandemic.I got reply from Thai smile airline on 05 January 2022 that my full refund has been transferred to kiwicom .I have been sending messages to kiwi.com regarding my refund everyday but they are not replying or refunding money .They are doing fraud with customers.
Suggested solution:
They have got the money from airline but still not refunding money.They should refund the money immedately otherwise nobody will book the flight with them again.
