This is to address my concern over my claim of Refund status from KIWI.com. IT has been stated that i have to wait 2-3 months for my refuns money. My refund application has been sent on August 17,2021. Its been close to 5 months now. So, Far I havent got my money or even an proper response whats the current status from Kiwi. I hope this complaint will resolve the issue and get the refund of my expected 466€ cash.
