My complaint:
The client with e-ticket number 244248884 had the boarding pass for flight Vienna to Pristina, which was made on 25062022 for which she had to pay again on amount of 40Eur in Vienna international Airport.
Please make the refund as soon as possible because the boarding pass was already made, and the client is frustrated with the reasons.
