My complaint:
I am trying to pay and change the passenger details but the payment is not processing despite all informations provided correctly. Kiwi is not replying to any messages and they do not even have an email address for contact.
Suggested solution:
They should change the passenger details as I am ready to pay the extra charges and provided identification proof.
