My complaint:
Kiwi.com had made check in for us in wrong day . For this reason they lost possibility to get for us flight that we ordered . We were waiting for additional flight more than 24 hours , but we get just promises that everything all right the team are resolving problem . We have to wait until next t left a 2 hour for next flight and just then they write to us that sorry we didn’t get a place for you in this plane .
And ask to wait again for next flight .
For these reasons we had to buy one more night in hotel , and buy another tickets for a flight for our selfs .
I upload a photo where is messages from Kiwi.com support centre where they are telling that is mistake of Kiwi.com.
Suggested solution:
To give us full refund for ordered flights , to give refund for one night in hotel , to give us a refund for a flights that we have brought by ourselves .
