My complaint:
Hi Team,
We (Ajinkya Mohapatra and Akhila Kumar Choudhury) booked a one way flight from JFK (New York), United States to Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) with layover in Moscow (SVO Moscow,Russia). We were not allowed to board theflight at JFK Airport (John F Kennedy International Airport ) to SVO Airport (Moscow, Russia) via AEROFLOT Airlines (Flight Number SU125) as we were carrying checkin baggage. We suffered mental trauma as we have to book another flight to India with a very higher price (close to 7000$ one way ticket) as we had family emergency in India. We checked
into our seats 1 day back using the (Aeroflot airlines appKIWI app) and submitted our passports for our one way ticket long back in advance and even got our e-boarding passes (PNR NUMBER:DQKTPE). We were never told by Aeroflot airlines to not carry check-in baggage while traveling to Delhi. Could you please look into the matter and get back our refund as soon as possible?
Regards
Ajinkya Mohapatra
