My complaint:
Our booked flight from London to Tel Aviv was cancelled by the airline. According to Kiwi we are entitled to a $353 refund for the cancelled flight, which will be paid in 3 months time.
It’s been over 3 months without a progress.
Suggested solution:
We expect to recieve the refund from KIWI, just as we are entitled to.
