My complaint:
We were to fly home from Rarotonga with jetstar, they cancelled the flight and we had to flY home with Air N.Z. at an extra cost of $1043.83. It is impossible to contact kiwi.co as they have no email or phone number. I have been in touch with jetstar and they have refunded our original cost to kiwi.com at the sum of $623.86 on the 3rd March and an additional $10.10 on the 5th March.

If you could provide me with contact details for kiwi.com hopefully l can resolve this issue if not perhaps you could speak to them or advise me.
