My complaint:
We were supposed to travel by Vistara from Delhi to Dubai. Airline didn’t allow us to board as that flight was reserved for Doha nationals only. Vistara has refunded the money to Kiwi.com but it’s impossible to get in touch with Kiwi. They don’t provide support for past bookings via phone and there has been no response to requests raised through their website and app.
Suggested solution:
They should refund us the money that the airline refunded to them.
