My complaint:
I bought a ticket from Kiwi.com but it was fake. They sent me a ed email and I had a ticket that had a number and was issued by Kiwi.com, but when I wanted to check in at the counter at the airport, the reception said that there is no ticket in the system. Kiwi.com simply canceled my ticket and sold a fake ticket. They are not answering the emails.
How many people should get suffer from this company? I checked them online and I saw lots of people have suffered from this fraud company. please help us!
