My complaint:
My little nephew make a booking via Kiwi.com with out my knowledge and when I tried after 2 hours to cancel this booking, Kiwi.com refuse the cancellation because the ticket was the cheap ”saver ticket”.
They charge me £525.41.
I had my details saved in their system, so it was easy for the kid to proceed with the booking. I tried to spoke with them but they refuse the refund.
