My complaint:
I arrived at the airport, I was informed my flight was cancelled.
When I contacted Vietjet, the carrier, I was told that Kiwi does no supply them with customer contact numbers, so the are given a number at Kiwi to call. Kiwi couldn’t be bothered to call me. Vietjet also said I was eligible for a refund, but again, it must go through Kiwi.
There is no way to contact them about problems with past trips. I get a screen saying I have no trips planned.
It looks like they will be keeping the money Vietjet will send them as I have no recourse.
What a scam!
Suggested solution:
Refund through my credit card.
