My complaint:
Kiwi.com claim our carrier (Quantas) cancelled a flight (Essentially 2 of 3 that we’d booked) from April last year. We were notified of this in Feb last year and paid for an alternative flight but are yet to receive a refund from Kiwi.com for this part of the trip. And I doubt we ever will.
Their complaints avenue consists of directing you to a series of bots which make contradictory excuses. Quantas themselves claim any cancelled itinerary would have even instantly refunded to the agent.
I strongly doubt this cancelled middle flight booking was ever actually made. Kiwi.com appear to have pocketed the 490 quid regardless.
Suggested solution:
A refund to bank account.
All I expect to see unfortunately is another generic automated 'we're processing your complaint' response.
