My complaint:
I had my flight booked through kiwi.com and my flight is now cancelled and I’ve to book ticket again. I tried to ask them to give me refund soon so that I can book another flight. But they told me to wait for 90 days and won’t give me 100 percent refund
Suggested solution:
I need a replacement flight and with same flight duration and I'll not pay for it as it is not my fault
