My complaint:
I bought a round trip ticket for my son Dallas-Orlando-Toronto and Toronto-Orlando-Dallas. My son was just able to use the Dallas-Orlando-Toronto flights as I received an email from Kiwi.com saying that Lynx Air Frontier both cancelled my son’s returning flights. I requested a refund for the 2 flights my son didn’t use, they answered with the reservation code that my son had used already to fly to Orlando, saying that the airline refused to give a refund for this reservation. I am not requesting a refund for the flights he used, the refund I am requesting is for the 2 flights he didn’t use Toronto-Orlando-Dallas. They are very tricky and are clearly scamming people and stealing money openly. They should be put out of business for scammers. You can clearly see on the picture that they say the flights were cancelled by the Airlines. Weird that the 2 airlines both cancelled the flights at the same time. I already filed 2 more complaints with BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. I truly hope this company get out of business for taking advantage of people.
