My complaint:
I purchased 6 tickets back in 2020 for a trip from Detroit to Puerto Rico. Due to Covid, the island was shut down. I was told that I had until December 31st, 2022 to RE-BOOK our tickets. I tried to rebook on Justfly.com web site but when doing so, it said I had to call. The first time I called, I had to wait for someone to answer the phone for one hour and 20 minutes, what’s the answered, we were disconnected. I then called back and this time I waited two hours and 45 minutes and once I talk to an agent, they told me that my $2006 worth of credits was no longer valid and they blamed Delta airlines when in fact, their website said I could use the credits up until December 31, 2022. This site will not let me upload pictures but I have several so please reach out to me

I want either a refund or to book another ticket with my $2006.40 credit
