My complaint:
Purchased a One Way Ticket from Justify in April (13-15) 2022 to fly from JFK to Casablanca to ROB, Monrovia, Liberia. Justfly has been paid by my bank-Bank of America since April, but has refused to reissue my ticket after hundreds of calls. I was even asked to paid a Handling fee for $125 on July 18, 2022 and yet no results.
My bank wrote me few days ago to informed me that it has exhausted all its effort to have the matter resolve to no avail. Especially since the vendor has been paid.
Suggested solution:
compensate me with my ticket and all the stress and mental and emotional issues that I am experiencing.
