My complaint:

We purchased 2 tickets to Ireland in April for our son and daughter-in-law and she ended up with covid and could not travel. We spoke to justly and they said it would take 6-7 weeks for refund and it has been 3 months and when I go online I cannot get status information on it and can’t get through on phone.

Suggested solution:

Need refund for one ticket
