My complaint:

Justfly representative advised me to keep the tickets I was not able to use due to my wife being affected by Covid 19 as open tickets because I will get the best value out of it. This was very misleading since she did not tell me that Justfly may not have tickets at the time I need them which was the case once I wanted to use the remaining credit. She did not tell me that I must use this credit to buy 5 tickets and that I cannot use it toward 1 ticket. I regret I did not get a refund. I talked to Justfly representative many times always to be advised that I need to talk to the air company I had tickets with and they would refer me back to Justfly. During the process, my credit decreased to around $400 from the initial almost $800. I am very, very much disappointed with Justfly.

Suggested solution:

Due to misleading by the Justly representative I should get a refund in the amount it was when I was misled to keep the tickets open rather than getting the refund.
