My complaint:
I bought international airline ticket from Justfly. I was specifically looking for the Economy tickets, since it’s a long flight. I ordered a ticket that says Economy and was about $200 more expensive than Basic economy (the information is still on Justfly’s website). They sent me a ticket for the Basic Economy for the same price. Nowhere on the ticket was mentioned that this is a Basic Economy ticket. I found out it accidentally when registered with the United Airlines.
Justfly gave several excuses – they told me that this is Economy ticket, they don’t know why United registered it as Basic Economy, then they told me that Economy means just Economy cabin and on and on… Then the supervisor told me that they would discuss the situation and finally someone called me and told me that this is not their fault. The ticket they sent me mentioned that there is a baggage fee (which is not true). They told me that I need to pay extra money with the United to get Economy.
So, they just sold Basic Economy ticket for the price of Economy.
Suggested solution:
They should change Basic Economy to Economy ticket - the ticket I was ordered and paid.
