My complaint:
I have purchased an international flight from Dallas with included carry on and one checked in bag. However I find out 2 days before my flight that the checkin bag is not included!!! I spent hours and hours on phone and no one was willing to help since it is not a new sale! Iam extremely disappointed and will never ever recommend this company

I want my checked in bag both ways to be included in my ticket
