My complaint:
I booked economy tickets and justfly gave us basic economy which did not include bags. Their supervisor told me they would cover one bag each way for each ticket. I submitted our receipts and have not been paid. When I call customer service they hang up on me after being on hold for one hour. They pretend they can’t hear me.
Suggested solution:
Refund my baggage fees
