My complaint:
Due to COVID my flight last year was canceled and I received a credit from the airline. I had to rebook the flight by Apr. 28, 2021 and complete the flight by Dec. 31, 2021. Trying to rebook the flight through JustFly was impossible even though I made the original reservation through them. It took me several weeks to finally get through to JustFly to rebook the flight. The agent said it was rebooked and the flight was within the time period specified. I never received a ation for the flight but did receive an email stating they were trying to get the seat assignments. I was charged a seat assignment fee but the flight was never booked. I checked with JustFly and the airline to verify that the flight was not booked. JustFly never informed me that the flight was not booked and refuses to refund the amount charged for the seat assignment.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the seat assignment fee and no seats were ever assigned.
