I had several flights booked last year with Aer Lingus via JustFly. Due to Covid these had to be canceled. I kept some flight as credits in case of any emergency travel from USA to England as my mother is over 90 and I wanted to be able to fly back to England in case of any issues. I am now flying return trip end of September. I tried to use my credit and was told it had to be the same flight, even though there online says same airline. Issue is Aer Lingus no longer fly that route. A lady tried to get me cash refund, which has been rejected. I contacted AER Lingus and was told it does not have to be same flight just same airline. I have so far spewnt over 4hrs trying to get something simple sorted. I paid, I am owed, I want to you my credit.
Either credit my flight or provide me with some form of cash credit
