My complaint:
My names is Olarewaju Ajimafowoku, I booked ticket flight from Atlanta to lagos in December 2020 with ticket no: 2357592395924 and justfly ation number: 189-399-752
The trip was canceled due to health issues (I tested positive to covid-19). All relevant documents was attached to the cancelation request. Since then refund was not received.
Also, Turkish airlines was contacted about this issue and email was sent to me that the refund has been issued to the booking agency.
