My complaint:

I have cancelled my flight booked through Justfly due to Covid travel restrictions. Their website has no particular options to demand refund and the customer care services don’t respond to my call even after waiting for more than an hour, I attempted several times, however the customer care services quickly respond for a new booking. They are intentionally avoiding customers with existing booking references.

Suggested solution:

They should give me a call to resolve my issue its been over an year I am waiting for a resolution.
