My complaint:
i bought a round trip ticket by phone from Justfly. Flying from California to Cebu Philippines back to California. i was scheduled to fly out of California on March 14, 2023 at 11:50pm. my flight into California arrived late due to plane mechanical issues. I missed my flight. I called Justfly and spoke with Hank. i informed him that i missed my flight due to mechanical delayed flight. Hank told me that if I paid $700 in fees they could issue me another ticket leaving 16 March. I gave him my credit card info and thought i was paying for the fees. Hank told me my new itinerary would be available in the next two to three hours. I called around midnight on March 14. I went to a hotel and when I woke up the next morning I checked my email and no Itinerary or no charges to my credit card, this was on 15 March 2023. I called Justfly back and Hank was not in the office so I spoke to another Gentlemen. He checked my flight and told me it was still processing. He stated It should be ready in an hour. I waited a hour still no Itinerary or charges to my credit card. I called back and spoke with a Lady this time only to be told the same thing again. I again waited another hour called back and got the same run around. This time they put me through to what I thought was a Supervisor. This guy started telling me that we will refund you $600 but you have to buy a new ticket. I paid $1290.77 for my original ticket. I told him I wanted a full refund on my ticket. He didn’t like what I told him and hung up on me. I ended up having to buy another ticket through another company where I paid $1700 for a new ticket. I would like a refund on the ticket that I bought through Justfly where I paid $1290.77.
