My complaint:
When I booked the flight the website showed that my carryon and first checked bag will be included for free but at the time checking with the airline I was charged 250$ for all my bags nothing was included I would like my money back please. We were 3 passengers in the same booking and we were changed the same amount they need to be clear !
Suggested solution:
Giving back the money we payed for the bags
