My complaint:
I have a travel voucher of a trip I cancelled, from JustFly. It’s been imposible to contact JustFly customer service. I want instead the full refund of my ticket. Please help
Suggested solution:
To have them reimburse my money for all the headache and stress they have cause on me for not handling this problem in a professional and competent way.
