My complaint:
My flight to the Canadian Rockies through Calgary was cancelled on June 27th the day before the flight.
Just fly, nor the airline Air Canada;Flight 8873 could rebook me in time. to make the organized tour I had arranged to join 6 months before. They could only get me out of Newark after the weekend, and I would have missed too much of my organized tour. ( $4590.!)
I was told by the airlines they could rebook me the following week or I could ask for a refund from the Company that booked the flight. Just Fly booked the ticket. I got no answers from them by email and there was only one phone number online to call. No one wrote anywhere that it was in Prince Edward Island, and that I would pay for that call!! I was on the line trying to get to rebook… and finally took the refund . I was on the phone or 142 minutes!… And was charged accordingly. The refund was only $244.92 !! I have sent emails and called to no avail. They should let the customer know that this is not a toll free number. They do it deliberately. They don’t want you to call, they dont’ want to refund you money.Thos ewho are persistent and want their money back look for a way to reach them. I would like them to pay for this phone call. Also I was told I should go to United Airlines to request a refund for the return ticket. United said they did not issue it and Just Fly has to refund the money. Just Fly has yet to refund the money.$370.07
