JustFly complaint: Just fly did not refund our full ticket despite contacting them before flight

My complaint:

we arrived at the airport 3 and half hours before our flight and started our check in process. standing in line for several minutes which allowed us to finally get attended to by Qatar airlines personal who also took several minutes weighing 9 of our 7 of our 9 suitcases. when they got to the our final passenger to be checked in Tawanda Fidelis (flight from Chicago to harare, booking number 224-724-341, qatar airways ation number 4T8DKM. May 4 2023) he was finally ed that this passenger was required to have a pcr to be able to travel. A few days prior we had checked online and the information provided by qatar airlines did not clearly state a pcr was required for travel. we spent several minutes proving what the website says on our end on the internet. it was obviously different from what their website. they also passed this information amoungst supervisors and other desk agents and made some calls. after all was said and done they came to the conclusion that he had to have the pcr or a vaccine for covid. at this time we began the process of trying to contact Justfly to inform them of this development. At this time the flight was still well over two hour away. the agent who was so rude to us and was outside the united states as he verified to me told us that there is nothing that could be done to fix this issue and that we do not get a refund. he said you should have could three hours before. we did let him know that we could not have called justfly 3 hours before because we had no anticipation of facing the trouble we faced and even during the process we were given bouts of hope as the airline tried to figure out what the actual requirement was for our final destination. he still refused to to work with us on trying to change the flight even for a fee. i asked him several times to transfer me to an agent in the united states as i thought we were having some communication barriers. he told me that that he was not going to do that no matter what. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused. telling me that nothing he has not told me was not going to be told to me by a supervisor. I was told that a follow up phone call would be made to me within 48 hours we never received a call that we are aware of. At this point i want my full refund and an apology for the ill treatment from justfly. This is one of the first attempts to get our money back before involving the Law because we have every intention to do so to prevent other passengers from being treated this way.
