My complaint:
This company misleads people in their advertising of flights.So, first I bought a round trip ticket to Atlanta from Dallas three weeks ago and the ticket was advertised as an American Airlines flight. When I received my ation it showed that my flight one way was American, but the return was on Frontier and I don’t fly Frontier. I was very upset because Just Fly did not display the tickets honestly. Next, I bought a ticket from Charlotte to Pittsburgh. Just fly advertised a flight on Spirit with a connecting flight from Orlando to Pittsburgh. I found out that I had purchased two separate flights that were not connecting!! I was shocked that I did not know this until I had to pay for baggage and found out they were separate flights . I learned that I would have to get my bag snd then recheck my bag for the next flight! Who does that???? I had to cancel my flight and I will not ever buy anymore flights through Justfly ever again! They are crooked and they are shisters!! Don’t trust them and don’t ever buy from them!
Suggested solution:
I should get all of my money back I spent close to 500.00!! I’m very outdone with them!
