My complaint:

Roundtrip bookings from Charlotte, NC, to Winnipeg, Canada, were made with JustFly in November 2021. No problems with the flight to Winnipeg on Feb. 11, 2022. The return flight on Feb. 18 was supposed to go from Winnipeg to Toronto to Charlotte. When checking in at the Winnipeg airport for the return to Charlotte, we were informed that the flight from Toronto to Charlotte had been cancelled months ago. We had received no notification from JustFly about this cancellation, so we were not able to make flight changes. Air Canada personnel in Winnipeg were able to arrange a flight from Toronto to Houston and then another flight to Charlotte – thus considerable delaying the total flight time. One of us had a separate flight leaving from Charlotte to Knoxville in the evening that was not booked with JustFly. Because of the delays, this flight was missed, causing a layover for the night in a hotel and having to book the next flight to Knoxville the next afternoon.

Suggested solution:

JustFly should pay for the hotel costs and the cost of the newly booked flight to Knoxville that was more expensive than the missed flight to Knoxville. The lost time (nearly 24 hours) cannot be made up, unfortunately.
