My complaint:
I made a reservation for a Fiji flight from LA to Sydney. This reservation was made in January 2021. Due to covid, the airline canceled it. In early August 2021, exactly 29 weeks and 6 days ago, I received an email saying cancelation request has been submitted. The website says up to 18 weeks for processing return. Even if you count the 4 weeks it says for processing request, that is still only 22 weeks. I have yet to see my money refunded. Calling JustFly is an automated system and any combination of options to choose from on the menu doesn’t let you speak to a real person. They have no email contact.
