My complaint:
I booked ticket through just fly. They airline copa changed the time of the flight from 4am to 12am. I went to bed at 9am. I spoke to a rep at justfly but we clashed and got very snarky. Told me cancelled trip but never did and then said there were no flights available for 6 months. He said I would get my refund i never did. Trip was November
2021 we are now in March 2022
Suggested solution:
My tickets are fully refundable minus 200 fee. I have been on hold for 2 hours. How can I get my money.
