JCPenney complaint: Ignored Phone Call/Hung Ups

My complaint:

I am writing because I called JcPenney Mens Dept to see if they had work pants for my son. The spanish/Indian guy answered the phone, I told him was i was lookin for he said hold on and then he hung the phone up on me. I attempted to back numerous, he would either not answer the phone or pick the phone up and hang it up in my face.

The last time I called he picked the phone up and didnt say anything. I think this is so disrespectful for a grown man to even handle your customer like this and it is definitely not professional at all. He makes JcPenney look bad and you have definitely lost a customer, because I am always buyin stuff from the store or online.

I think you all need to know how your employee handle your customers on the other end of the phone. This really not the place for me to shop. Hope you all either retrain him or at least let him know there is a complain about him. I called the store around 7pm(est).

Suggested solution:

They need to retrain him to let him know that is not how you treat people on the other end of the phone, because what if that was him calling the store and someone did him like that, how would that make him feel, probably make him feel like the employee didnt care to find out how he could help. I thought that what they pay the employees to do
