My complaint:
I notified them several times by phone about this but never fixed it or provided me with any answers.
JC Penneys site will not work on Safari browser, why?
It used to work just fine.
I have notified customer service by e mail, they NEVER answer.
I even have a case 342182 a while back about this issue, still NOT fixed.
I can get on it on Chrome but what happened to getting on it on Safari??
