My complaint:

I went in to JCPenney’s in Yuba City California today before Christmas to buy my wife some Versace perfume from Sephora I went in to price check and was going out into the mall to a booth vendor that sells perfume and cologne to compare prices when I was stopped by a colored man that came out into the mall and told me that I was not allowed in their store because I shop lifted cologne and I told him no I’ve never been in the store before and this girl Maria which is a manager in Sephora came over and pointed me out and said she had yes that’s him I have him on video surveillance stealing cologne about a week ago and it is not true never have I been there prior to the two days before Christmas when I was looking for perfume for my wife for a gift.

Suggested solution:

I feel that they should lose their jobs for falsely accusing me harassing racial profiling and embarrassing and humiliating me first thing and second thing I would like to proceed with a lawsuit
