My complaint:

Today, 09-03-23, I decided it was time to purchase new athletic sneakers. Since it was Labor Day Weekend, I logged into my online account to see the coupons. The coupon said, Take an (extra) 30% off…..
Well, when I finally found a pair of sneakers I liked, according to the Sales Tag, $70.00 was $64.99 plus tax. When I went to checkout, I told the lady, I have a coupon. She then said, No, that coupon does not àply to Pumas sneaker.
Since I perceived I was being lied to, I went upstairs (up the scalators). The young lady did not try to rob me She scanned my coupon, and somebody hacked the cash register and BLOCKED, the 30% extra discount.
Livid by what I saw take place with the cash register I paid $69.99 for sneakers that said, $70.00 on the box and $64.99 before tax.
When I left, I reported the mistreatment to DHS and CBP because it’s not my fault someone arrived early in the morning and stole all my anglo symbols and signs. The employee at the first floor chose to lie because she alleged I do not reflect Legal Citizen. And Immigrants are not allowed to use coupons.
In conclusion, I was blocked from receiving 30% and that’s unlawful! It was all about, she doesn’t LOOK legal. And that’s flat out wrong!

Suggested solution:

Remove unethical employees and get them to stop going by looks.
