My complaint:

My order was not received. The driver had delivered it at the wrong address. Customer service didn’t help at all and ghosted me. They are not willing to refund my money even tho this is not my fault. I will attach the picture which the driver sent. It is not the location which I have specified.

Suggested solution:

They should either refund me the amount of add credit to my instacart account.
