My complaint:

The store sent me Regular Sunkist instead of Sunkist zero on 32423. On April 12 they send an expired Green valley cream cheese. On both occasions they refused to credit or refund my account. They said awhile back I had too many issues. The issues have always been the store’s fault. I use Publix a lot because it’s close and I’m an elderly customer . 66 years old.

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account and give me credit on both items. Also I need for them to the plain why they are charging $3.99 for pick up now ehen for the past 3 years as long as I ordered $20.00 I was not charged a pick up fee.
