My complaint:
I went shopping at an Aldis and the shoppers card was declined for some reason. I recall reading a section about reimbursements so I utilize my own account in the amount of $79.26
I wait the allotted time and it shows the request is approved, however, the funds have not been refunded to my account.
I contact customer support, they tell me to put another request.
Then I’m eventually escalated which is when one of their bosses emails me saying that their help is only for the customers and to reach the customer service chat which submitted the ticket in the first place. This incident was on April 14th. It’s not June 1st.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money.
