My complaint:
I’ve ordered from Instacart October 15th 2022 and haven’t received my order. I can’t begin to explain how unprofessional Instacart has been with handling this issue. I’ve reached out over 5 times and each complain has been on the phone or on live chat. I’ve been getting the run around with my order that I would get a refund and still nothing ! I’ve even had an agent hang up on me when I asked to speak with someone in a higher position. My order was $111.63 I don’t have that kind of money to just be playing with. Today is 11032022 and still nothing I’m extremely frustrated with how unprofessional Instacart has handled my order. Someone please help
