My complaint:
On June 17, 2022 I ordered with Smart and Final using my Visa card. When the items were delivered the receipt showed that a Master Card was used in the amount of $73.91….I do not have a MasterCard. My Visa card was billed for $109. I need a credit of $109 applied to my Visa card and $73.91 charged to it. I have filed a dispute with Visa and they will not accept the charge of $109, Please correct this error.

Suggested solution:
Apply a credit of $109 to my Visa card and charge my Visa for $73.91. Charge the Master Card the $109 and credit it with $73.91.
