My complaint:
I have an $100 gift card on my account but my account is suddenly being inactivated without any explaination. I asked instacart to refund my $100 but they are not respoding to my requests. I called their customer service and a rep sent me the screen shot of the $100 in my account but she couldn’t activate my account. Please help me get my $100 back from the instacart account. They are stealing my $100 which is not a small amount given the covid conditions.
