My complaint:
3rd time a situation like this has happened but today was the exception 😡 I was in the middle of shopping for a customer almost done when all of a sudden I get an that my batch was cancelled NOT by the customer either!! Other 2 times I asked for 1 single item to be refunded as I found all the other items, as I’m already in line the stupid agent cancels my entire order.
Suggested solution:
Instacart needs to have agents that fully speak understand English, not be racist but in order to have any success communication is key. It’s frustrating because I as the shopper loose money for the batch, time gas which is NOT compensated
