My complaint:

i have been a shopper for instacart never had bad reciews or anything.A while back they a glitch in the app and since then i dont get batches bit other shopper have more than adequate batches .I have constantly contacted support all i get is rude (not but most) chat people with smart ass answers but then they said they escalate it and i never hear anything.I signed up before the pandemic but since covid i rely on this little extra money(when i skmetimes
get one batch a day ) to help with bills i feel like theyre discriminating against me because i get nothing while other shoppers get ten or more to work.

Suggested solution:

give me batches more than one and actually esclate my issue and fix the app or pay me
for the inconvenience
