I work hard at trying to give the best service to customers. Occasionally I receive a lower rating than 5 stars that really hurts my rating and chance at seeing higher paying batches. The problem I have with this is that when I recurve the ratings lower than 4 the customers never leave feedback. So how am I to improve if I don’t know what the issue was and why they decided to rate me so low. This is instead hindering my work and leaving me in the dark and everutuke I contact customer care they say they cannot do anything and that I need to do more trips to get the lowest ratings to fall off this is ridiculous.
They should require anyone who rates below a 5 star to attach a reason why they're making this low star.
