I placed a 2 hour order around 3:20pm today 1-9-21 and was informed that my groceries would be delivered by 5:25. My shopper started shopping at Fred Meyers and I was being notified of item changes. At 4:10, I received an e-mail stating that there was a delay and my order would arrive by 6:15. Around 6:00, I was notified that my order was cancelled. I was given no reason, no assistance from Instacart in trying to find a solution to whatever the issue was, and no further communication from the person who was actively shopping for me. I would like to know why my order was cancelled and how Instacart is going to make this right.
I should have been contacted directly before my order was cancelled and Instacart should have taken responsibility in finding someone else to deliver my order.
